At-Will Employment
Employment with Physician's Automated Laboratory, Inc. is voluntarily entered into, and the employee is free to resign at will at any time with or without cause. Similarly, Physician's Automated Laboratory, Inc. may terminate the employment relationship at will at any time, with or without notice or cause, so long as there is no violation of applicable federal or state law.

The only locally owned, pathology directed, full service laboratory in Kern County.
Physician's Automated Laboratory, Inc. (PAL) is a clinical laboratory licensed by the state of California and accredited by the College of American Pathologists. We have occupied the same location for 34 years and are directed by one of the Board Certified Pathologists who founded the laboratory in 1967. Located in the central valley, Bakersfield has been noted as one of the most affordable areas in California. We are within a short drive of the mountains, beaches, amusement parks , and cultural areas.

Full Time Medical Technologist,
Bachelor of Science Degree - ASCP registered - CA licensed
for generalist and microbiologist duties.
